When do I actually get paid?
The moment the customer accepts a quote. The pro is billed Trust Tonto's commission before any work starts, and the introducers' share and the customer's cashback are released at the same time.
Can I be an introducer AND a customer?
Yes. The same account can earn introducer rewards on jobs you refer and cashback on jobs you hire for. Stack both at the same time.
Does the provider pay extra for introductions?
No. The fee comes from the platform's existing commission — we share what we already earn, rather than charging providers more.
What about cancellations and disputes?
Because commission is booked on quote acceptance, cancellations are handled symmetrically. If the pro pulls out after winning the job, their commission still stands. If the customer cancels after accepting, they pay a cancellation fee equal to the commission — and if the pro had already paid, we refund them in full.
